It is not a done deal yet. The DUP in Northern Ireland say they won't back it. Don't under-estimate the stubborness of the DUP. I grew up in Northern Ireland and know from experience the DUPs favourite word is NO. They will be very hard to get on-board. However, they did fall in to line last time with a supply and confidence agreement, in exchange for a few billion quid. So maybe Boris will have to dig deep in his pockets again to promise Northern Ireland another few billion.
