    not putting it all in the too hard basket, not walking away to a cushier job, incentive to stay the hard yards and "hopefully" be rewarded when the dream becomes a reality.

    I know wages are wages for work carried out in a day, but to stop the doors from shutting and to keep the person with prior knowledge builds a better foundation and keenness is required to get to the ground level.

    I'm in favour and agree.
