    Good evening Burnett,

    If you squint hard enough you may be able to make out a flag pole & flag, pennant whatever in the bottom right hand corner of this chart.

    If the market salutes it then add two to the breakout point.

    11 + 2 = 13...Funny, a year ago I said roughly the same thing to Russell...
