    Still under 2 million buys versus over 6 million sells on the market this morning - it has been a while since buyers exceeded sellers on this one - I wonder when it might turn around? I am not downramping - I was in CVI and got out a few weeks back - before it dropped to almost 8 cents. If it gets back down there - It might get tempting to buy back in.
