In summary - pending favourable election results lol Angolan nationals will be investing in their own project via movement of their own money to 1) - the US via Pendasor then 2). CVI - via a lending agreement from Pendasor then 3). Back into the Angolan projects via CVI spending.
This circular movement of Angolan money also brings with it big US investment bank funds and European funds (via past CVI placements) for oil/gas/infrastructure projects.
CVI could be absolutely massive!
