In the end the company should make an announcement regardless of the ASX query.
They need some balls to publicly come out and tell us whats going on and explain what actions they will take to ensure they keep information confidential and improve shareholder communication.
I have made some good bucks out of them, but my last buy in may be a big loss and i honestly hope no one else does too much $$ if it goes pear shaped.
