Just follow the money and see what assets are transferred to Pensador (other than the CASH). Then watch the action surrounding the $300million worth of 'transferred' differential assets. Thats the key differential to keep your eye on. Bet they are juicy oil permits. If so, I can't see CVI getting their hands on them.

Basically CVI will end buying (merging) an inflated Pensador that will have just loaned them 1.1billion cash and at a very inflated market price, since that $300million of differential asset transfers will be valued quite substantially higher imo. But thats just speculation. Why else would Pensador be involved other than just being what looks like a money transfer vehicle that only had a market cap of $630 dollars at 5c whose price somehow jumped to $10/per share overnight (going by the only info I could find on them).

As for the projects, they are vast and potentially very lucrative, and this may be the process/structure required to initiate Western buying into Angola's interests. Very big players involved behind the scenes though imo.
