OEQ is still very good value at $1.20. They are now capitalised at $21m, yet after this transaction have approx $32m of SRK shares, plus an additional $15m of other assets (mainly large cap aust and international shares). Therefore you are buying a company with assets worth approx $47m for the price of $21m. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me, especially if you are a fan of SRK.
On top of this they receive 2% royalty on any revenues from the Berau coal project and the Paulsens east projects. I am also checking to see whether they get any Royalties from SRK's peruvian assets as i believe these assets were also spun out of OEQ as well.
