    Because in 4DS Memory No other energy losses than heat this is 1 to 1( maybe a bit of electromagnetic radiation loss to surroundings with increasing frequency of writing/reading/reseting in order of 0.00000000001%( i could b wrong on zeros) but that's calculated as nearly zero. Altough with extreme frequencies that loss has to be calculated in to the power consumption of the memory. All in all 10x less power consumption is more than justified comparatively to ANY existing memory device
