A capital raise is around the corner hence why they're trying to up sell their progress. The fact of the matter is that they're way off their own targets and trying to salvage what is left.
Also I will respond to posts from prior weeks directed to me. A deal I have been working on was on the news for people interested, so been flat out with that.
