I think we should all be of the understanding that the dilution HAS NOT taken effect yet regardless of what other have been suggesting.
The shares will be issued 26th of November and the 2nd of December as continually stated in the company announcements.
The SP WILL dilute somewhere between the price at the end of trading on those dates and 10 cents.
RFG currently has 183 Million shares on issue.
They will issue 1.9 BILLION more shares (upsized now) to market after the offer is complete.
That doesn't even include the extra shares offered to invesco so they maintain their 19.9% share in the company.
So the current shares on offer aren't even 9% of the shares that will exist come December.
Dilution of roughly 90% of the SP will occur. The only unknown is what the SP will be then.
If it stays at 14 cents then the dilution will be relatively minor, 2-3 cents per share, but if the SP runs on and up the dilution (and the losses) will be greater.
