The gold mined refers to the gold content in oz in the rock excavated before being processed, the recovery was 83% not 100%. The gold mined figure is irrelevant, it does not refer to gold produced and not sold. Multiply your gold mined figure by 0.83 and you will have the gold oz produced (subject to rounding in recovery percentage number quoted). So yes the AISC really is $3000 per oz.
