    there employee expenses which already includes their wages is over 3 million also I think the travel expense is high due to alot of overseas travel to china and USA due to the organizing of patents I don't think it's just 4 or 5 ppl travelling overseas it sounds more like 10 to 12 software engineers and developers so 300k is reasonable to visit 6 times x 6 meetings
