I disagree. Considering the conversion price range of the new options and the fact they will go to directors of the company, it is a good idea.
I think the majority of options will be well north of 50c to convert.
It is an incentive for them to make things happen within the company.
It also allows for a dilution in shares held by MIN - this is good in my view.
If holders want more shares, buy them now wile they are cheap - why pay more later.
Just for the record, I converted my options when I could have bought the same shares for less later, but who was to know.
