Jeff told me at the early stages (2017) that finding quality staff was going to be the biggest challenge for our business. In my opinion that is why we need to continue with acquisitions, to acquire quality operators and at the same time add to our bottom line.

Side note: I'm currently working on a project at ECU Joondalup, which is a new science building which will have 3600m2 of floor space assigned to Cyber Security degrees. Definitely a growth industry.
