He looks just like the sort of sucker BNB would have been looking for to make money from fees.

That goose ended up putting in $2bn of equity and practically all the debt some $5 bn if debt

BNB put in about $200 m or something ridiculous.

Of course BNB then went crazy buying assets left right and centre at inflated prices in order to get fees.

They had no intention of managing the assets well and GPT had to take over the managerial role.

What Peter Joseph thought was going to add a bit of sparkle to our investments has turned into a disaster of monumental proportions.

In the end we have $2bn worth of OUR equity tied up in whole lot of over priced rubbish in Germany.

The sooner we get rid of Mr Sparkle the better.
