Unless they pay top $$, those close to the company want to run this themselves at the moment they do not want to give it away. They have worked many years and ROPREN sales about to commence they could have taken 45% with Menarini or whatever they call themselves but kept a greater percentage for the company and shareholders. 70 or 75% can't recall for now.
