I use independentreserve.com to buy and then immediately transfer it into a Ledger X hardware wallet. No issues so far. Also buy your wallet directly from the manufacturer. Ledger is based in France and sent mine by DHL express. I ordered it on a Tues afternoon and it arrived Friday morning.
