I could do a war and peace but will keep this very very brief. If FMG were to achieve a realised price of USD 52, a discount of 20% to USD 65, which probably is too loose a discount given their product mix going forward, they would likely achieve USD profit of 2B or AUD profit if 2.8B at rate of 0.71....
I won’t go into franking credits or payout ratios etc in this post but you would get a market cap of about $3.3B or around $10.50 using a P/E ratio of 12...
I’ll just leave it at that
