Just looking at the last quarterly I would have an opinion only that a CR is not so likely. $7.7 M in the bank, receipt of $3.8 M in the Qtr and expected Quarter spend of $2.2M. Only consider CR if there is a major new spend in Dec Qtr planned. Such a spend is not flagged so far.
I am more inclined to think that some are starting to see a light at the end of the CE tunnel - no guarantee of course but if so, we could be heading back to 20c where we were before the CE disappointment almost a year ago. Just my thoughts only.
