Sound reasoning DBK, that's the crux of the matter.

I tried to find any supporting evidence to those articles that stated OCP are going to ramp up production and drop RP prices in the next three years. I don't doubt they are going to increase production, but they are stating over a 10 year period. I don't believe that this will drop the price of RP drastically, if at all, before MAK plans to get into production. I would think that it will hold for a few years and maybe taper off as a lot of the graphs show. Then again, it may not due to the rising demand that will come from a number of areas.

MAK's plan is still strong, and there is every reason to belive it will come to fruition.
