2. Good luck trying to sue a foreign firm. I’m sure that worked out very well for everyone that tried to sue the Nigerian prince
3. Someone comes and tells you your investment property is riddled with termites. Do you
a)immediately sell for a 30% discount?
b)Thank them for the information and Investigate it yourself?
c)Or call them some names because termites are not real anyway?
