As you rightly pointed out, the results are distorted by the odd data regarding the American mishap on the vehicle's arm.
So I think it is useful to also point out that if one compares the Australian data for the 5%BTX1503 QD arm with the most popular topicals for acne (Epiduo - and adapalene) the results are surprisingly good.
The tables shown are from a review of the Phase 2 trial of EPIDUO:



And the one just announced by Botanix:



Indeed in comparing BTX1503 to the most successful topical available - considering the percentages - it is hard not to share Vince's veiled satisfaction.
I agree, if it wasn't for the dubious results from the American vehicle's arm the percentages would have looked much better.
