A copper friend of mine believes most of these thugs will be unemployable. They will continue to commit crimes to survive for many years to come. As they get older the crimes will become more violent and more regular with more profitable targets. The only solution is to lock them up for 10years,in a special training facility, and rely on reeducation and maturity to change their ways. Otherwise deportation is the only way
