Having read this thread and what look to be a lot of really quite bizarrely desperate attempts to defend what really looks like the BoD making sure they are in the money no matter what while +80% of holders are in the red.
Can anyone (but mostly looking at Mike I think) show any concrete evidence that a no vote on any of the ESP questions will have any material negative impact on the company or the SP?
Because if there's no impact I can't see a single reason to vote yes until after they've secured at the very least the finance letter but realistically I'd be looking for at least one more piece of the puzzle.
No offence S-B but don't bother replying as I stopped reading your posts a while back. They're disjointed, meandering and difficult to read, too heavy on emojis and needless 's and too light on facts and references.
But by all means disregard this, especially if you have a concise, factual reply with references.
For my part - I've emailed the company but as yet no reply. Will post if I get one, has anyone else?
