todays announcement for acrux was very good .they have been able to gain access to evamist usa data for use in commercialisation in all other markets(other than usa) under the brand name ellavie.this would have saved them many millions of dollars not to mention time.one should appreciate that kv pharmaceuticals paid $150 million for the marketing rights in the usa.one would think that acrux would not sell the marketing rights for the rest of the world for less than $100 million.kv pharmaceuticals also has been licensed by acrux to use their technology in another 6 products.this says to me that they are very happy with how evamist is going in the usa.
