1) Decision to mine is still 6 to 8 months away whether CLQ will proceed with Sunrise Nickel project or not.
2) Massive CR is definitely required.
3) Every share holder will get chance to buy large parcel at CR hence why buy now.

Till final decision happens(which is 8 months away), CLQ will keep sliding downward as it has nothing to offer to investor except blowing up cash on useless consultants
