I believe the most likely next resolution related to Wotton will be that he is up for re-election under the rotation arrangement of directors in the constitution or perhaps even that he is resigning. I've nothing except my own speculation to base the second possibility on. But the re-election as per director rotation seems to fit with his time in the company and my recollection of the constitution.

I don't think director loans will come up again because I believe they will have not liked the reaction last time and will adjust accordingly. But that's just my speculation my subjective read of the situation too.
