"Request for Trading Halt – Althea Group Holdings Limited (ASX: AGH)
Althea Group Holdings Limited (Althea or the Company) requests the immediate implementation of a trading
halt in the ordinary shares of the Company, to apply effective immediately until the commencement of trading
on 25 October 2019
For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Althea provides the following information:
a) The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement regarding a material supply
agreement.
b) Althea requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of Althea making an
announcement to the market regarding the supply agreement and the commencement of trading on
25 October 2019; and
c) Althea is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and of any other
information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
