The surplus could
expand in 2011 and reach some 4% of global supply...
One thing to note is even though they forecast a surplus in 2011 this is a MINISCULE surplus.
With inflationary factors priced in the price of Rock Phosphate should still be at very elevated prices and this should be sustained IMO.
