Footsie - I would be very careful here, because there´s little positive news to be had. Every business division is underperforming (refer to posts around the 16/05/08 onwards).
To infer that something meaningful is in play from the current price action is a risky bet given the buyback distorting "real" demand.
I suppose the sale of the financial advisor business does give a little buffer but there are better, safer bets out there... much.
