I don't like the price at present either but seriously what could management do about price drops on low volume in the short term? Why should they care if nothing has changed fundamentally?

To my mind if management or any shareholders want to sell shares for their own financing purposes who could blame them. Possibly management might have a rare window at present to finance the purchase of 500k worth of options with money from sale of shares - and perhaps that's the way they'd want to do it because loans aren't acceptable. I've no idea who is selling or why. If its management we'll see notices in a couple of days.

The presentation posted in the other thread suggests things are still good fundamentally. So I reckon its retail most likely coming to terms with no immediate takeover offer so facing the need to be patient.
