Where they have the clause calculating the issue price if and when they want to raise 10%, they can have a price at least as much as previous issue. There present reference will only bring it to 0.003 Why go on dropping. Where is the end ?
Yesterday some one bought 1mil at 0.004. Look at today's sell side. No one will tempted to buy now at 0.004 Seller is hell bent on achieving a lower average such that before the meeting the average indeed comes to 0.003 not 0.004.
They should have fixed it at 0.005 with option. No less.
If directors themselves have paid 0.005 ( if they truly have put money from their pocket ) how do you even feel like now giving away at 0.003 that is hefty 40% discount.
