deirde your obviously hanging round this thread because you want back in at some stage, cheaper of course.
The reality of the Oz gold market right now is that its a total mess. DOM is the only decent gold producer left standing. There are a few hopefuls around which could come good. HEG may be one but its printed so much paper to survive that its got share capital bloat. MCO is a better bet than HEG.
DOM won't be wasting scrip on any listed gold stocks . It may though pick up an unwanted project from a major. It may farm into a quality juniors ground. Thing is they have plenty of good ground themselves.
But we musn't underestimate Challenger. When managament are prepared to go on record to say they think they can add 400,000 ounces at $20 an ounce, its highly significant.
If you study the geology of the deposit you can become quite confident that this could be a 2 million ounce gold mine. 2 years ago you wouldn't have thought that. But the ease with which they have found more gold, and in paticular the number of other rich shoots still to be explored and developed make this an exceptional gold mine . the market has gone mad to mark it down to $2.
