Hi Adent , all 49m left over shares you talk about didn't just go to Horsley Park, all the original angel funds received shares based on there holding size at the time Hardrian and Goldwing were morphed in to FBR. There is no need for any form of announcement, as this was all agreed to before the float was allowed, and the prospectus stated that these shares were allotted for distribution when the performance points occurred. This generally is what happens when you are an Angel investor, you throw a lot of cash in to blue sky and hope for for a result . One in one hundred , might pay, this is the reason for the most part only sophisticated investors are allowed to partake in these types of start ups, the risks are huge but eventually if you are lucky there is a pay day. With out the angel investors there would be nothing today to bicker over and even if you don't like the current market share price of 6.1cents this is still way higher than the share price on float day.
