yes, there is merit to that as they have a deal with Phillips in the works, child app, cash flow, and multiple international partners, including FDA. All RAP currently has is the hope of FDA soon, no deals, yet it's still ramped up to $1 -5$ daily, same crap from the same posters over and over, means nothing until deals are signed
