I agree that Giles Bourne is paid way too much for a polished front man that is essentially an infomercial salesman. I mean what skills is he bringing to Blg when we need to employ extra consultants to do what is spruiked as his specialty. The Prime Minister doesn’t earn what he earns. I cannot comprehend why a business that essentially is research based at this time, much to our collective disappointment , needs so many Directors and what was the point in making Giles one. I believe the chairman has some great industry experience and contacts and we do need a chairman. He just needs to start answering to shareholders dissatisfaction with management and make some hard decisions in shareholders best interests. So I will be voting no yes no. It’s time the MD makes things happen or get another one who can. Its not as if he is technology based and essential to this companies success.
