An intent to commit by end of month without showing support now would be a blow to investors. Time is ripe for a commitment or FO and another OT can be arranged..

In saying this a plan to exersice an arrangement for prepurchase in the form of 1 -2 years with a settlement date of April and "Long Lead Items" payment built into the prepurchase of around $80ml exercised immediately will show the project is definitely a goer regardless of a NAIF decision. Top this of with a NAIF Concessional term loan soon and AUZ as producer will be cemented.

Goes both ways. Government need to show commitment and approve the project for funding and SKI need to provide funding to lock the resource for their 100% OT aggreement. Both just can't sit and wait for the other or the project will never get of the ground unless private costly secured funding is available which could sink the project.
