Do you have any idea how many people would be involved in such a conspiracy? They would have to leave a trail of dead bodies just to cover it up. Get a grip.
There was an error in the execution and /or interpretation of the US Trial. The results themselves are statistically significant, though not in the way anticipated, so an error is the only reasonable inference.
