Surely the optimum way to perform a trial is to make all the product under the one roof so you can be sure of a uniformity in the entire product. So minimising the chance that there will be variations in that product, which you might possibly get if manufactured in different locations/countries?
Perhaps they need to do a trial using ‘Permatrex’ alone, to see if there is any positive effect in using the ‘vehicle’ on its own, without the drug onboard?
