    that is more likely to impact the near term share price rises rather the current state of play ... who would buy at 44 cents and sell at a loss?

    loose hands will have bought at 44 cents.. and wait for the announcements to arrive later in Q4.. and then offer those share up at a nice quick profit.

    however the real money is in 2020 and beyond.. so those loose hands will be providing long term shareholders a bigger piece of the pie..
