a short this close to FC could be an entity hedging it’s exposure because it knows ahead of time information that is not publicly known. I’ve been a holder long enough to know that an announcement like this morning is managements attempt to soften the coming blow..
not downramping and happy to be proven otherwise
but it would not come as a surprise with this stock.
