At this stage I'm inclined to be guided by Greenfund's forecasts ( see Greenfund's long valuation) if 1500 acres for CY 2020.

Just reading between the lines og CLI's anns in the interim, I'm inclined to believe that most of that will be in Oregon with
an expansion in trimmed flower (the high valued but labour intensive gig)

The 100 acre Mildura project will likely be it for Aus at present with the slim possibility of another 100 acres or so in Tassie
(replacement crop for loss of 60% of poppy acreage)

So in summary, my best guess for the 1500 acres for 2020 is:
1200 Acres of CBD biomass...........600 in Powell Butte & 600 further south towards the California border
100 acrews of trimmed flower (either JV or outright)
100 acres CBD biomass Mildura
100 Acres CBD biomass Tassie

1500 acres farm costs would pan out at about $10K AUD/acre and, IMO CLI can finance that readily
from 2019 harvest revenue with some left over

making any investment decision.
