Growth was not 3% as that is only Lyttleton. Can't grow when plant has been operating at capacity for a few months now.
Need to look at Auckland which is shipping Auckland manufactured product.

Nothing is slowing here. If you join the 2 ports then growth is 55%. More than the 28% expected by market.
