EVEN if it so happened that permetrex WITHOUT CBD was equally effective in the USA as permetrex WITH CBD, it means that they were BOTH successful, not that they weren't.
Wait, I haven't read the study in detail, but from what you say that sounds like it just means that CBD didn't reduce the efficacy of permetrex not that CBD was successful; and you would have seen the same result with a placebo mixed with permetrex.
