I believe the lack of announcements from CGB is due to the global market.
They understand that regardless of the value of the announcement, the market reaction isn't going to create the gains they're hoping for.
It's smart on their part to keep their cards, wait for the economic storm to pass and then show the progress.
Hopefully by then they'll have the quarterly to back it up and some form of stability reaches us.
