@@ddzx Yep the compulsory surrender is normal. My point is the ongoing "lateness" and extensions of time resulting in the dept lodging automatic forfeiture actions. To those in exploration it shows problems. It's not a one off. I haven't looked at the other tenements yet, but if it's across the board then ......???
@Kesselrun I read it as GFMC will be responsible until they either sign and do the deal, or pull out and get a refund. the 2nd option is of great concern as it is way more money than the company has at present, and no-one knows exactly what terms are in the deal, and/or how long the company has to pay it back. It is a big risk........and a friend who is a shareholder said no-one knows...........comes down to disclosure as someone else mentioned.
