it doesn't make sense for apac or l1 to have over 15% based on 1 board member vote why would they take the risk. you don't go that deep into a company to just pull out a few days when Brett didn't have much of any impact to the business.
this has been a classic trick to see where the votes would go.. who's got the power so when a take over does happen and the board sends the recommendation for a yes or no and it goes to the shareholders. it's simple they both don't give to shits who's on the board they want the assets
