    I will be voting against Resolution 1 and Resolution 8
    Resolution 1 is the remuneration report which needs to be voted down so as to give the directors a good warning that they are getting towards the end of their Teather

    Resolution 8 is to buy back performance shares. Why buy them back when they lapse anyway
