......what's a technical signal at this support level in your opinion? ..

It is suprising to see one non holder asking another non holder for an opinion...so If I may,as a LTH of this great stock, proffer a technical based opinion for you.
In August this year PME began a significant upward trajectory (even by PME's historical standards) and naturally then took the down escalator almost as rapidly. Since then it has been in a tight sideways band and now that it has completely retraced back to that August level.
IMHO I would envisage, all-things being equal, that it may well be at an infliction point for it to begin moving ahead.
Naturally, I offer these as my own thoughts and would encourage you to DYOR.
